Ask government to make 80 Crore population (given 5 kg free ration) rich, so that they can afford AC coaches. Like central government , people of India are also become insensitive towards poor peope.

Few days ago I travelled in Mahanagri 3A and barely saw any rich people. It was filled with middle class and lower middle class people.. So calling 3A 'rich class' does not make sense.
Even an average migrant worker can afford 3A but they choose not to & choose to save money.
