Don't know that were there any sand storm in Jaisalmer or anything else.
But during my recent journey, train was fully covered by dust. It was really challenging for travel in Non AC classes of this train. All berths cannot be made dirty by passengers. First time i was too much happy because my berth was middle berth and dust was not on that seat. Rest complete train was in horrible condition when i boarded at Ghaziabad on 26 March.

गर्मियों में काफी लू चलती है वहां पर ,हरियाली नहीं होने की वजह से धूल उड़ती रहती है जो कि ट्रेनों में भी आती है
You'll find dust in every train coming from the extreme west, be it Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Barmer or Shri Ganganagar.
But i never seen Udyan Abha Tufan in such condition. Was there some exception due to high crowd in all months in Tufan between Shri ganganagar to New Delhi
Maybe the OBHS kept it well maintained. I don't think there can be any other exception for dust present in one train and not in others coming from the desert area. Dust won't say "Toofan Mail" mein bheed jyada hai, isme nahi ghusungi :P
Toofan का दिल्ली के लिए Route गंगानगर से वाया बठिंडा, जाखल, जीन्द ,रोहतक होते हुए है। इस Route में कही पर भी desert नहीं है। हां गंगानगर से वाया हनुमानगढ, भादरा, सादुलपुर, लुहारू Route पर Sand Dunes हैं । जिस कारण इस Route पर चलने वाली Tilak Bridge Exp के coaches में बालू रेत होता है। This is natural.

abhi toh 04645-46/04661-62 mein lhb coaches lage hi nahi hain and ab IR ek eog coach and ek disabled cum ladies lhb made coach lga rha hai jaise 04006 licchavi express mein kiya gaya hai..
