Agree with you, on 29th December, 2013; our 12510 GHY - SBC Express was rescheduled to depart GHY at 11.30 am whose correct time was 6.30 am. This is a regular issue with Lohit, Amarnath, GHY - BME/BKN, Dwarka Express etc.

12509 which is the only punctual train arrives GHY 24 hrs before its departure....still the division unable to make it depart on time...had lmg division been facing similar crisis like apdj division they would've stopped operations long time back...
sir elephants in deepor beel are much more trained than APDJ elephants...they at least know when to cross the tracks & when to wait for clearance...by this way Goalpara section able to achieve MPS...big headache of Maligaon vanished.
