Is there any chance that this train can be extended upto Panvel and back within the same time since the train halts for a full 100 minutes. The time taken to cover the distance between Karjat and Panvel is hardly 30 minutes. Hence the train can reach by 14.15 hrs at Panvel and depart from Panvel 14.55 hrs. This will boost the rural economy between Karjat & Panvel as also the long pending connectivity for the poor and local people can be established which will generate a good revenue for the railways.
