does in this case can my confirm e ticket be cancelled ? Counter tickets are cancelled but does e-ticket also have such facility ??
If chart is prepared then you have to file TDR ,.. then refund will up to the extant rules of railways. Although , it may not be the case, but if chart was prepared due to some reasons then 50 % will be deducted .
Bro..do u think this will work out for railways.. because since the distance between mys SBC is less ppl still prefer travel in 2S class. But by introducing this probably ppl travelin in Volvo buses might travel in this since fare is less compared to it
There is enough rush between Mysore and Bangalore. Any new train will be patronized well. If I am not wrong, KSRTC Non A/C express fare for Mysore is around 170Rs. At 260Rs for A/C this is quite an attractive option for most people. Also, even if it doesn't work out, Railways have nothing to lose. They are just arranging for people to book these berths instead of just letting the train continue with empty berths between SBC-MYS. It's a win-win situation for both the passengers and the railways.
