Suburban train services time should be such that office goers benefit out of it. This train had weird timings which were generally in the mid of the day hence very little patronisation. Surprising that SWR is unable to see this.
If the path is really congested, they should have not even attempted starting the train .A huge chunk of people would have benefited especially those working in companies in outer ring road stretch. Metros like Mumbai, Chennai,Kolkata have a robust suburban network which complement and reduce road traffic. Unfortunately in Bengaluru, suburban rail network does not seem to have focus,
