Travelled with family last week to jodhpur fr delhi and reverse, some observations
1. Now no RSA, so very good punctuality
2. Very Good train to jodhpur
3. Tkts are almost easily available, get max patronage within last 2 days

Due to it's new RSA - Rake Sharing with 12401/12402 (which is always & everyday late 4-5 hrs), after it was make a daily SF from 5th May 2017, this train is getting rescheduled a lot from Jodhpur as well as from Delhi. One can't relay on it's Punctuality any more.
Average Delay of 2-4 hrs can be observed many times.
Try avoiding this train if you want to reach the destination on strict schedule, if the schedule is no problm and delay is ok, then you can book in this train.

RSA done by the train is very bad. RSA should change to other train which is on time or no RSA should be given to this train to make it a success..

AC coach position of this train can be anywhere, towards front or back. Today 26th Jan 2018 departure it was towards back side when traveling towards Jodhpur. Best is to stay at the middle of the platform and make a run for your coach as AC coach and SL coaches are not interconnected....

Ticket availability and punctuality of the train is excellent. I have travelled on this train 2 times and on both occasions, it reached jodhpur on time. Also most of the sleeper coaches were half empty, but the AC coaches were full. One thing though, there is no sort of catering whatsoever, so carry some food and water with you.
