Need one advice. My Friend booked ticket from PNBE to NDLS in this train on Wednesday, 1A. 2 of his tickets got confirmed by the time chart was prepared, but third ticket remained in W/L1. He has filed TDR by 12:30 PM(train departure from PNBE is 10:50 AM) as all three passengers decided not to travel. I am unable to understand, as what will be the TDR process in this case? Anyone can advice.

one more question. Any idea on amount deducted? Is it 50% of the full amount of passengers(including W/L passenger) or 50% of amount of CNF passenger only?
Only Clerical Charges will be deducted for all Pax and refund shall be given.Just refer to below rule
