~~Grievance Description : ************************************************************************************WITH THE KIND ATTENTION TO HON~~
PRIME MINISTER OF MINISTER OF INDIA WHO HAS HIS VISION TO SEE SEMI HI SPEED TRAINS RUNNING LENGTH AND BREATH OF OUR COUNTRY BUT SADLY HAS OVERSEEN THE SLUGGISHNESS OF THE WORKING OF THIS AGRA , ALLAHABAD AND JHANSI DIVISON OF NORTH CENTRAL RAILWAY ************************************************************************************ The General Manager, Agra/ Jhansi Division North Central Railway, Sir, At the outset let me tell you that as I sit to pen down this complaint to you, I often wonder why this zone exists which doesn’t even know how to maintain the punctuality of trains
Its been time and again that all passengers have been repeatedly complaining to the senior DRMs of Agra and Jhansi Divisions about the late running of 22109/10 LTT NZM AC Weekly SF Express but sadly have got a reply every time since last one year that CRS sanction is pending for upgradation of this train to 130 MPS and also that they will look into the priority aspect of this train and will ensure that the delay is kept to the minimum
But as usual, you have failed to ensure the punctuality of this train as also to that of Rajdhanis, Duron tos and Garib Rath running along this route which despite priority is running atleast 20 minutes late in every run
~~Even the famous king of this route, Bhopal Shatabdi hasn’t been spared and has been slowed down to cover the delays~~
~~Now I sit to wonder how are you planning to run the semi speed train in this route or it is a new way of conning passengers with the proposed train crossing its 160 kmph mark for a few kms~~
~~Though it may sound disappointing and you may call it dense traffic load in route but still atleast one train should run on time but never does it happen in this section~~
~~Many other zones like Mumbai, Howrah, Delhi and Chennai operate with the same dense traffic but nowhere delay is seen to be mounting like in this zone~~
~~A survey for this 22109/10 LTT NZM AC Express, 12433/34 Chennai Rajdhani Express etc have revealed that people do not prefer this train only because it loses on its punctuality factor~~
~~Rather than paying SF charges, they will rather pay for SL accommodation in trains which also takes almost the same time through other routes~~
~~This leaves the trains practically running with 50% vacancy for TIME IS WEALTH to all passengers~~
In this regard, I request you to please bestow your personal attention in punctual running of trains running between Jhansi and Mathura (rather in the Jhansi and Agra Divisions of your Zone) and ensure needful is done at the earliest
~~I also request you to please see to it that 22109/10, 12433/34, etc and other agressive schedule trains get decent priority in your zone~~
