புதுடெல்லி,
வட இந்தியா முழுவதும் கடுமையான பனி நிலவி வருகிறது. நேற்று மட்டும் கடும் பனிக்கு உத்தரபிரதேசம் மற்றும் பஞ்சாபில் 7 பேர் உயிரிழந்துள்ளனர். பனிமூட்டம் அதிகமாக இருப்பதால் சாலைகளில் வாகனங்கள் தேங்கியுள்ளன. 70-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட ரெயில்கள் ஆங்காங்கே நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதால் தாமதம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.
