Hello guy, is it possible to get refund via TDR for (Tatkal Tickets) delayed trains. This train is running late by more than 3 hrs so is it possible to get refunded.

yes full refund is possible in case train is late more than 3 hrs. CK also may have the same rule, but not sure.. wait for others' views
