this is the height of bullshit by IRCTC.
SInce today morning, even site could not open, how person can book the ticket... even if site opens, no seat available to go anywhere.. there is no meaning of Tatkal.. it says nothing, ..IR is not able to handle the crowd with its current infrastructure... even at the station, after being in a long queue, came to know the server is down so no ticket...
It is really shamefull for india that india can not handle its ppl. they are running specxial trains, adding...

Its a kind of Shadow Boxing going on.The Railway bord is not making ID mandatory at booking time time (leaving room for manipulation at PRS level)but IRCTC is applying shadow measurers just to show they so called willingness to stop eticket malpractices.It is well known fact that booking CK at 8 am is the toughest and a ID has lots of info to prove his/her genuineness(unlike PRS).
Clearly a double and discriminating measure at two different levels.

Even I want to contribute something.. which i hav seen over the counter...I had gone to PRS at 800am in the morning just two months back..to get Lower Birth Ticket for 15017...
When i checked on cell . It was available 4 setas.. when i asked for ticket.. PRS person says.. ticket not available..
I replied boss maine abhi cell...
