So that WDP3A should be used maximum.
Nowdays WDP3A are disappearing when EMD will takeover the charge of rajdhni or other train in this route then WDP 3A would be of no use because the traditional is of EMD only
Second thing shortage of EmD in GOC shed that's the main reasons it is not being alloted to rajdhani and sampark krantis

Because there's no need. WDP3A easily hits 120 and maintains schedule with TVC Rajdhani and that's more than enough.
i also have same question.. one day it will get it surely..
