After alighting take complaint book from TTE or train guard and lodge about this. Or else if you are going by chance to amritsar, then raise objection regarding coaches and display board with the NR ASR officials.
And regarding unreserved passengers,instead of RPF, this problem can be solved by the help of TTE only. Why didnt you complain to TTE or the train guard at BSR ?
And if you next time travel with e ticket, all essential contact numbers are provided on the print out. Do watch out next time.

No TTE Was there in SE-1 and S11,S10,S9,S8 .... those ladies were helpless cant do much but to fight back with those UR passengers and got there Seats after BSR itself. Regarding Maintenance and Coach Composition i have lodge many such PG's and talked with NR Officials but all goes in Vain... this train gets very less time for maintenance in both stations (ASR/KCVL) Also it has one dedicated rake which runs throughout the week as UP/DN... In Print out there are numbers but i guess these kinds of situation was UNEXPECTED!

Best thing is to threaten them about chain pulling and even then if they don't budge, pull the chain. They'll be kicked out.

Boss this is IR. Yaha sab possible hai. But practically saying, chahe kitne bhi mard kyu na ho, but ek baar agar ladies ne objection kar dia, and that too in a harsh way, then seat khali karna hi padta hai. Personally seen in ASR HWH mail in U.P. Ladies not allowing unreserved male passengers to sit on their seats. U.P tak mein yeh ho sakta hai toh yeh toh fir bhi konkan region tha.
