ADRA Division has taken up these development steps as per financial extraction:
1. Bokaro washing pit will be re-opened and utilized for upcoming trains.
2. Chhatna-Mukutmanipur railway track work has been started and will complete soon. Kalabati(Chhatna)-Purulia will be done afterwards.
3. Purulia-Damru Ghutu track will be renewed. Purulia-Chas Road section will have a deep survey for doubling of PRR-KSX.

more... Stations between PRR-KSX section will undergo signal up-gradation and siding enhancements.
5. 63592/1 MEMU rack has been requested to be run as BKSC-PRR-BKSC MEMU to ER, as the lie over period is more than 4 hrs at BKSC.
6. Halt time of several long distance trains at PRR will be increased from 2 mins to 5 mins. Case of Purushottam Exp is highly considered.
7. PF4 and FOB at PRR will be re-designed, PF2\3\4 roofing will be done. VM-PRR-VM exp rake will be kept at PRR after work done.
8. Meter Gauge loco shed of PRR will be reconstructed and expanded as coach shed.
9. Request to run ADRA-HWH-ADRA SHIROMANI PAS AS PRR-HWH-PRR SHIROMANI PAS has been made. Reply from SER is expected.
10. Decoration of BKSC, PRR, BQA & ADRA stations will be done on the basis of their history.
11. Proposal for the extension of Rajyarani exp up to BKSC/VAA is done. Waiting for reply.
12. Proposal for new Passengers and MEMUs have been made.
