Some of the 3rd AC coaches are newly made (Post 2010 but still maintenance wise very poor) , so even on aisle side charging sockets are present.
But its all your luck because not all the 3A coaches are new. Old ones still don't have charging sockets on aisle side.

Mine was Feb 2010 made. The interiors were extremely good furnished as compared to exterior but maintenance was very very poor. AC vent was broken and seats were dusty as if from decades its been not used.
SER gets new coaches sometimes but don't know what happens to them when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance.
