The supremo himself announced this. Now no need for any clarification from any SER/ECoR.
But He has announced this , now lets see by how much time all the Tech halts are converted into Commercial halts.

ER was the first to implement Durontos commercial halts so possibly when new TT for year is announced.

Yes but last year it was postponed to Oct so better late than never.
Can be july as they have to make changes in IRCTC for all tech halts commercialization with quotas. GN,PQ,RL.
ARP is 4 months so they have to act early as some train ARP for july will begin in 5 days
