I thought I was posting to some innocent person but definitely wrong...
I was govt does that by life sentencing ppl who smoke in such way .. you better pray for such too..
Do you realize that you want to commit a crime(Irrespective of the magnitude) and you want to ask for 'help' from the ppl over here.
Serial or chain smoking doesnt matter....

yes that will be surely but the smokers will atleast remember the jail sentence when he will try to smoke after the prison and soon he will leave smoking.
and also
agar govt. ek aadmi ka jail mein care karti hai toh uska matlab hai woh 100 aadmi ka khyal karti hai jo us smoker ke ciggerete ke smoke se pareshan hain.
