hello friends .... " i was thinking that over past 2/3 decades the MP's who were chosen as the Rail Minister have been biased to their states. every Rail Minister had given significant amount of trains to their own state....& less trains to other states... i feel very sad that these ministers are biased to their states.... Would their be any Minister who wud be unbiased & wud give equal amount of trains & projects to every state.... in future wud v be able to see a honest, true minister who wud treat every state as equal....wud that time cum..... i seriously doubt it...bcoz evry rail minister want their own state to get more trains & projects.... we see it after the Rail Budget like this rail minister gave more trains to his own state...blah blah blah....... "

Yes, we have ourselves witnessed the same. Though I don't know about this, but as my father said, Lal Bahadur Shastri was one such Railway Minister who wasn't biased to any one state.
