Hi,
I Observe LKO Station : There are huge delay of the trains at outer just because Platform Not available at Station. I would like to share some fact which is actually reason of Such Congestion.
**** Train Not running on Right Time : Each DRM/GM has to insure movement of train at right time without discrimination of Trains (Whether it is Lucknow Mail or Shramjeevi SF or Sadhavna)

Train Which are running before time : They has to speedup,Actually They reached Station BT n congest the platform or Outer for those train which are running just behind
**** Most Important :Reduce the Stop time Maximum to 5 or 7 Mnts (Excluding trains their LC taken place) : After that Train has to depart from Platform so that other train enter into the platform.
**** Little bit Change Depart timing at LKO for good movement.
12557 Arr - 22.50 Depart 22.55 (No need to stop more than 5 Mnts as 20 mnts Stoppage already given at GKP,It is sufficient to filling water and Cleaning)
22417 Arr - 23:15 Depart 23:20
12429 Depart 23:50 (It has to shift at LJN so that train will not occupied platform for 30-40 mnts not , It will help to take train at plateform)
As Train not running at their Schedule always create bottleneck situation at station,because all train came to the station at a time just because they are late.
