Why is this train stopping at Dharwad ? It's just 20 kilometres from Hubli plus no one is boarding this train from Dharwad not even in unreserved coaches. I've been travelling by this train for the last 2 years in both peak an lean times from Pune to Bengaluru and never seen a single person boarding this train from Dharwad,in fact no one boarded from Hubli too.
Instead of Dharwad, Arsikere and Londa would have been nicer choices of halts for this train

I myself travelled many times in 22686/12630 between UBL-YPR, also booked innumerable times for my friends in YPR-UBL/DWR and bak. DWR is Dist HQ while UBL is the commercial centre, both the halts r highly useful. But i would agree with giving Arsikere halt which would be helpful for MYS/Hassan, SMET, Chikkmagalur districts.

A fair and balanced answer... People should stop kiling one just to give entry to new one...

As I told you earlier I've travelled 48 times in this train, no one cares whether station is A grade or not
And my friend I know the basic difference between a regular and rare phenomenon, and the RARE phenomenon while my travels in this train was someone boarding from these stations may be because of the days I was travelling in it, being Zonal Headquarter doesn't guarantee you the pax for a particular train. Most of the reservations between Pune and Bengaluru are done from Miraj and Belgavi.
This time is of

festive rush, you'll find waiting list in the most unpopular trains too, people go from place to place even by reservation in dynamic or flexi fare too. Almost all trains are filled and since SWR hasn't introduced enough specials this was bound to happen.
Plus waiting list doesn't mean train is filled, in June this year i had a ticket of WL 14 in AC 2 and it confirmed and the funniest thing was my coach was half empty till till pune, no one boarded from any place in between.
I agree that Dharwad shouldn't be removed, but I don't agree with you fully on the importance of Dharwad as a halt over Arsikere or Londa.
Maybe the days I travelled no one was boarding this train from there and there are many reservations done from there, but I know what I saw that too 48 times (Now that is a rare phenomenon) ☺😀.
My father is in Air Force and I've lived or travelled to or from over almost every corner of India but never saw this happen 😕
It's just my opinion over my observations

I know you're from Dharwad and you'll support the halt, even I'll support the halt for any train in Pune. But I know what I saw and shared my observations
I'm sorry if I offended you, but even if it was a rare phenomenon that happened with me, and I don't know how I KNOW WHAT I SAW 48 TIMES
Yes I know about Dharwad, you don't need to tell me about the buildings and institutions. I have been there a few times.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
