This train's S4 coach was new and have charging point on each lower berth and side lower berth just like 3rd Ac coach but unfortunately none of them was working I mean now power supply given to them.

One more train with such facility in SL class is Hussainsagar exp. Traveled last month. Charging point working, new led orange display (which bothers less than red), coach no. Near vestibules and near bathroom from inside, small bed lamps indicating seat arrangement. It was totally awesome. I usually prefer 3 Ac but for this train i will use SL always or as far as the rake is same, whichever occurs first.

Yesterday I went to see off my parent by 11057 Amritsar Exp. 12854 Amarkant Exp was at Platform No 3 while we were waiting for our train at Platform No 2.
As per my habit I was checking the train (12854) from one end to another end, I found S9 Coach was new one having Laptop/Mobile Charging points in each bay. Could not stop my self & I boarded the train & took the picture of these charging points.
I thin all the new SL coaches will be having this facility.
Good Initiative by Railway.
