These serve as transit accommodation for passengers. Only those holding a valid ticket for and inward/outward journey are eligible to apply for the use of the Retiring Rooms and Dormitory Beds. When I was in need of that(reached by TN Express and was about to board WestCoast Express), person at dormitory said Full and Couldn't proceed further.... I am telling you because of my experience of 7 hrs.... If its available they will give... otherwise no.. Its just opposite to pf 3... U will find toilets and next to toilets is AC dorm.. I am going today to check the MS AC rooms as well. But as the station is busy u may find it difficult.. If they are ok with Dorm then they can go.. Because as per my experience there is no safety for lugguages in dorm and u need to carry extra lock for safety..
