If they don't change the station code like with GMO, then it shouldn't cause much issue. But if they go the DDU or VGLJ route then it will cause some initial confusions surely...

They can suffix the state's initials if it be so necessary. There is a station in UP called Katra located near Ayodhya. To avoid confusion with SVDK, the station board now says "Katra UP".
