They can add some reserved GS coaches. 2 option they are 8 coach split into 4 to GNT 4 to Vskp Run Vskp to Vja with present timings with 3ACC DD and 9 GS reserved same from GNT to Vskp in morning. Any one can be via BVRM. Same way Tirupati DD there are 10-11 coaches split into half and give 5 to another division to run intercity with GS reserved ( they have another 10 yrs life) replace DD will full length SF exp.

My gut feeling was that Vskp Tpty ont DD would be a failure and soon within 1-2 years frm launch it would be changed to day slot end to end. But I was wrong and after years since launch too it is still running successfully .

When they are no alternate mode of transport to Tirupati due to equal length of rail and road and trains being faster to Tirupati, less night trains then demand people are forced to travel in Double Dekker burning their backs. The seats are like palle velugu bus with AC on suitable for 4-6 hrs. Till Kakinada Tirupati converted to express after lockdown there is no second night train for Vskp Vja section. The avg daily pilgrims have increased from 50,000 per day to 75,000 per day in the past 6 yrs.
