it scheduled overtaken at chunar when running ontime but if both train delayed then mahanagri has more requirement to reach it destinatiom ASAP bcoz it have to start another journey at 11am.

But, then why its unnecessarily halted to wait before Mahangri departs from Ald for about 20-30 mins.. In that time SK can easily move forward and can easily maintain the gap all the way upto Mgs and it will not at all disturb Mahanagri.. Even the overtake can happen at Bdl too as it will have to halt again at Mzp and will hardly accelerate.. And talking of Mahanagri being not overtaken, then it will not be able to overtake 13202 also, which will create an extra wait of about 20-30 mins at Mgs outer.. Even it has to reach before 1030 to start its return journey ontime..

there is very busy slot in that timing. there may be 13203, 12166 or any other train resisting its way.
see now 17trains approaching within 2 hours and 9 have LR/LC here,
2 dedicated trains.
what...

Out of those 17 trains..
One is originating from Ald..
Three are terminating at Ald out of which one is 2 hrs late....
Two trains are late by over 1 hrs and 30 mins..

trains have loco change, so if we count 25 mins for each train then also 105 mins for 3 PFs with 10 mins gap in between.
3 PFs remaining for 4 trains now.. In 2 hrs.. Out of which one has 3 mins halt..
1 - Dep.
3- terminating.
9 LC for 25 mins each on 3 -4 PFs.
8 PFs covered.
4 Trains for 2 PFs in 2 hrs..
