How to know maximum no. of General RAC in specific train and specific class before GNWL starts?

A very important info needed
One person booked a tatkal ticket and entered pan number last four digits as for ex 1234 wherea actuals are 1234a is it anything he need to convey or is it ok
I said there is no issue just wanted to check from you people

There are only 4 numericals in PAN No., so I think it should be OK.
If numericals entered at the time of booking and on the PAN card are same then I think it should be OK as it is manually verified by TTE.

Thanks Karthik for the info. Another thing, if the booking will start as per TATKAL timings i.e. 10 AM or ARP timings 8 AM.

Replacing NNA to KYQ i.e. from LTT to KYQ on 7/4/2012 gave the same results on all the 3 sites.
Can anyone tell, at what time booking will start at 8 AM or 10 AM.
