Well, VSKP-BAM can be covered easily because there are very few trains in that timeslot, Purushottam is clashing between CTC and KGP, so there will be some changes.It should depart after 7 min. from KGP to avoid clash with Yesavanthpur-Howrah.15-25 min. can be added between KGP and HWH.

Vamsi Krishna Patta 51 blog postsI think a new Tri-Weekly train should be introduced between VSKP and TPTY because it is very difficult to get CNF tickets in this train.Also, WL tickets are also difficult to confirm because no one cancels their Darshan .So, a Tri-Weekly train should be introduced on an experimental basis so that it will reach Tirupati before 0600 hours.If there is good patronage to this train, the train will continue or it will be extended to BBS/HWH.

There is no HWH-TPTY Exp. but Puri-TPTY and Bilaspur-TPTY hve very odd timings.Only 12660 and 12845 arrive in TPTY early morning but that too in an unearthly hour.Thirumala on the other hand covers the portion between VSKP and BZA before 2130 and arrives conveniently at 0500 the next day.So, everybody in Coastal A.P. try to get tickets in Tirumala.So, it becomes almost impossible to get CNF tickets in Tirumala.All tickets are sold out within 20 days of the opening of booking.

Well, Intercity is not a bad idea, but it should have Sleeper and 3A to reduce the load on 17488.
Ex.6 2S, 5 Sl, 1 3A, 1 PC, 10 UR.
Many passengers who will not get tickets in other trains will opt for this train

Yes.It's a SF.I have taken 10-20 min extra than the best time taken by other trains between the stations.
