If I choose II A/c can I enjoy the journey? I want to chat with people, see the surrounding and feel the enviorenment. But this is an AC I doubt. pls comment.

As per my understanding II A/c is the middle one and will prefer. Can I change the class during the journey? I will be purchasing a II A/c ticket and travel couple of hours in non A/C sleeper?

And one more thing. I did try to make an account in www.irctc.co.in inorder to purchase an online ticket. However, they are asking a mobile number which should be an Indian number. How do forigners buy online tickets?
