Eastern Railway got 158 coaches from MCF, 6 coaches from RCF for normal trains from January 2024 till today . All coaches are of each class like Sleeper , 3AC, 2AC, 1AC, 3E etc.
Hence this year we might see huge LHBfication of ER trains

Yes, NFR received 64 from RCF + 3 from ICF & 3 From MCF. Most long distance trains of NFR are LHB , I think they will increase frequency of some trains
Out of these 84,500 coaches around 72,000 coaches are in use and the coaches produced in 2001,02 03 ICF are out of service as they have completed 20yrs of service. The plants have completed shifted to LHB production from 1st April 2018 and in these 6 years how many LHB coaches are manufactured.
That I have to work and tell and ECoR VSKP Still have old v aches in use till day as i know
