Better to give Ashwini Sir IT ministry, while someone else becomes Railway minister. It's good to give it to young minister, like Ram Mohan Naidu of TDP. At least the youth can take criticism and act on it instead of hiding behind bureaucratic lines like senior politicians. And no joint ministries please. Have 100 MPs in your cabinet if you want. They have 240 of their own. 270+ in NDA.
