This time ECR has taken a wise step by keeping it biweekly, which will mean that it will have a days buffer to cover the delays, not unlike the last time when they tried to run an special triweekly when they had one rake and six days a week, when two rakes were available.. This will surely help it minimise the delays in corresponding runs unlike last year when it ran 18 to 20 hrs late..
