If I am not mistaken Ola does work in Dhanbad, Jishnu it would wise for you once check into Ola and Uber mobile applications and search the required route and travel details.
If they are not available then go for the cabs lying outside the railway station, they will ask for around 1300-1400, you may negotiate it upto 1000-1200 range. If you are travelling with female family members/heavy luggage go for this.

Gomoh.They will charge around half to 2/3s of what the cabbies ask you.
Don't go for the bus route, you will miss your train. The buses to Topchanchi are comparitively affordable but it will be a hassle for you and given the time factor in question, going by bus is not recommended at all !
Understand that Gomoh is quite the distance from Dhanbad by road, and you will have to waddle through the office time traffic in Dhanbad. Time is of the utmost essence and you shouldn't be wasting much time around Dhanbad.

Jishnu, I just found out from a friend who regularly takes the Bbs bound Rajdhani from Gomoh in the morning.
The cab rates are Rs 1200 and auto rates are Rs 800.
They will start off by asking higher rates but don't pay any higher.
He also recommends taking a cab because autos take up nearly 1.5 hrs to cover the distance.

the cab driver in advance that you have a train at 10:45 AM, cabs do cover up the distance in 1 hrs.
The cab will take the City Centre Barwadda NH2 route most likely as it is the shortest route and will save the most time.
