check list of the given items and it should be the responsibility of the passenger to surrender back the given items few minutes before deboarding and gets the check boxes ticked ? As few people are taking advantage of their freedom, should this be implemented ?

क्या अब हर कोच में एक अटेंडेंट होना चाहिए जिसके पास चढ़ने वाले यात्रियों की सूची, उनके पीएनआर, मोबाइल नंबर और दिए गए सामान की चेक लिस्ट होना चाहिए और यह यात्री की जिम्मेदारी होनी चाहिए कि वह उतरने से कुछ मिनट पहले दिए गए सामान को वापस कर दे। और उसके चेक बॉक्स पर टिक लगा देता है? चूँकि कुछ लोग उनकी स्वतंत्रता का लाभ उठा रहे हैं, क्या इसे लागू किया जाना चाहिए ?
