Reading all the points over and above from top to bottom, yes the pledge is correct not to blame whole of a state, but I can imagine the agony people have and why someone made such comments, I believe, incidents are incidents. They can't be catagorised as with small, only one etc adjectives!!! And who knows many such cases won't be reported on this platform?
Horroble to know that this happened in 2AC!!! Till now I used to think that if we have elderly, ladies, single passenger travelling, then better to book AC but now I have a big question?????

I would request you not to loop complete state in these... Since such theft incident occurs in all states and we can blame the whole state...
Yesterday I lost Rs 20000 cash and credit card which was charged for Rs 12000 at a hotel in Srirangam,Trichy. I only knew it was stolen after I reached Bangalore at night. The room boys I guess had used a duplicate key to get into the room. When I called the police there it was of no use. The hotel manager also told me that I can even go the CM and complain and nothing will happen. I later found out the card was used to buy a watch and some expensive clothes. These things can happen anywhere.
