No need to outrage. It is simply because demand for 3A in these trains is far more than that for Sleeper. Middle class is far "richer" than people think :) Kerala Express might be next. Check 12625's Availability status. SL seems to be available, while 3A is in WL! /train/seats/935

IR is planning to replace all Sleeper Class Coaches with 3rd AC Coaches in Long Distance Express and Superfast Trains... this is what I read in TOI yesterday. I think that there is a huge difference between Sleeper and 3rd AC Coaches Ticket Fare so this step would be putting financial burden on the Lower Middle Income Families who travel by Sleeper. IR should rather go for LHB Rake Replacement in which passengers can get LHB General and LHB Sleeper Coaches for comfortable long distance travel :-(
