If path availabel than possible for change time,in my view not possible to change time
its very much possible because every year WR runs new regular as well as holiday special / premiums on delhi/jaipur/indore/adi routes and if they can reach bvi/bdts in this slot, then why not a train from jodhpur?
its just that WR gives priority to jaipur only in NWR region rest are of less priority
