Aur na koi tweet na helpline number nothing. its just an small accident which usually happen in LKO NR.
I hope you have kept a record of negligence on part of the DRM. Send a copy to Rail Bhavan and PMO.
It looks like rly is ignoring too. There are numerous complaint has been done with none of action. Pgportal is helpless fr this too.
Not PGPORTAL but the other 2 options, plus keep at it on twitter account of RM, probably as a group to increase the noise.
