i wish to reduce the future burden of pattukottai railway station to be centred as playground for some black sheeps,politics is now around pattukkottai, my goodness thanjavur is released from political scenario but pattukkottai is now targetted,even people of pattukottai protested for GC between TVR-TTP-PKT-KKDI line,but the necessary funds are not allocated sufficiently,i am fearing that if this line will see BG service in next 5 or 6 years,people should be aware of these things and they should not rely on anybody,because they will create pkt as scape goat,i wish soon to finish the GC between TVR-KKDI via PKT and very eagerly waiting to see BG trains in this historical route.....
yes SR should concentrate in TVR-KKDI GC so that it will benefit many ppl in these sectors...

because of MQ-PKT line they feared that if SR neglect the demand of TTP,PKT people by not taking the GC between TVr-TTP-PKT line....
nowadays in SR most important route GC are getting neglected and they concentrating in some useless line...
Surly TVR-TTP-PKT-KKDI line going to be materialized with in 2 or 3 yrs, even MQ-PKT is also in the cards. But PKT-TJ is not going to be in near future . Better Rly should concentrate in TJ-PDKT.

TJ-PDKT is more useful than any other from TJ,coz it will be alternate to reach MDU if TJ-PDKT-tirupattur-MDU line laid,it will be a boon for TJ people,a great project of the decade....

Even pkt people protested agnst mq-pkt implementation bro. because of LA problems. they actually wanted tvr, kkdi gc and pkt-tj... but both were under privileged and mq-pkt given priority. lets wait and see what happens...
if MQ-PKT is prioritized then TVR-KKDI will get delayed....and they should extend MQ trains to PKT...

Now cuddalore people needs kovai-manragudi exp extension to cupj, such an invalid proposal,they already know it wont happen coz this is reserved before two years ago for mannai,instead of asking invalid connections tocupj from MV(jan shatabdi,Mannai(coimbatore exp) better they can ask for new train via VRI,SA to cbe....

The CUPJ-VRI-SA line mainly used for NLC purpose . The long term proposal of introduction of daily train between MS and CBE via ATU not yet materialize because of loco reversal at two places. The SA-VRI line will be fully utilized only after commissioning of CHINNA SALEM-KALLAKURICHI-ULLUNDURPET line. Rly's also having plan of ATTUR-RASIPURAM Rly line via NAMAKRIPETTAI. But I dont know how many years it will take.

yes selva its very much disappointed,but we have to wait for sometime,until railway budget nears he can add more trains like last budget,like increasing frequency of tirukkural last budget,he was made it in last minute.......
i think MQ is targeted...MQ line opened to traffic just one year back..suddenly demanding these much trains to MQ..SCT still with only one exp(Pothigai)..

we will get more pass and exp trains coz five GC lines were mostly opened rest of two or three will be opened within a month......i can guess we can expect more trains via KRR-SA,SCT-TEN,PLNI-DG,VLKN-TVR-MV,VM-KPD,VPT-MNM-KKDI....

i heard from railway officials that next time 2 trains sure to mannargudi on track...
1.mannargudi-kanyakumari ONT express via tj,tpj,mdu....
2.mannargudi-karaikkal DEMU
3.mannargudi-kovai ONT (not sure)
4.regularization of mannargudi-mayiladuthurai pass(it running as sppecial) RSA with mv-tvr pass
5.finally TJ-MS ont will be on track due to lack of connection for TJ....
apart from that i heard mannargudi as adarsh station,quick completion of mannargudi-pattukkottai new link........

Exp to Cape should be from VLKN/KIK/MV But Starting it from MQ will be useful only for MQ and TJ people completely (since kanyakumari exp is avlbl from TPJ).
Frankly speaks, Mannargudi not deserving to have such trains.

next budget mannai exp will be diverted via tvr-mv due to twin loco reversal and operational difficulties a new ont will be on track for TJ....
if suppose Mannai is diverted via MV-TVR then this train will ve poor patronage as i already mentioned the condition of Mannai

no selva tiruvarur has only one ONT(kamban) to chennai,if it diverted then it may increase more seats to tiruvarur,nannilam,peralam,mayiladuthurai,sirkazhi.......tvr people suffering without frequent connection to chennai........
if TVR can fill the total seats then no prob in diverting..before that TJ-MS ONT should be on track..and it should start from TJ not from TPJ..a dedicated train for TJ

tvr itself will enjoy 50% of patronage if mannai diverted also nanailam,peralam,mv can get additional seats.........yes we are also guessing train could start from TJ but SR had other plans,starting from TPJ with stops at budalur,tj,papanasam,kmu,adu.............
then it will be great as nearby village also gets ONT connection to MS

yes selva earlier MG era kamban had stoppage at nannilam but not now if mannai diverts it will be useful connection for them........
ya. but nannilam stoppage really helps the less luggage travellers from NCR,KIK because sannanallur is only 20kms from there and 30mins of journey.
