There should be a sync: If IRI follows TB/irctc/indianrail.gov.in for Train Name the same should be followed for Regional Name. There is no quest of Majority for TB which exists for every train!!

I found many contradictions in certain paradigm follows here who arnt even synced!! TB as basis for Regional Name should be nullified only if TB isnt a genuine basis for Train's Name!!

There need to be a sync (for various consensus applied at IRI)!! Train name is based on TB/irctc/indianrail.gov.in & same need to be followed for Regional Name where TB is the valid source!!
1. Train Region: Train Name/Zone/TB doesn't change when train starts from Non Home source. Tamil Nadu Exp remains Tamil Nadu Exp, its SR not NR with no Punjabi/Urdu TB when it start from non home NDLS!!

Its not marked for useful report but correction!! There is no reply from one FM, other FM passed it on you citing IRI Rules while this Rule is termed as Forcibly addition of Own Names by other FM.
Any North train by default got Hindi as its Regional Language & then SR/ER/NFR/KR/WR/NWR etc bound train's Regional Language is hijacked by non reasonable SM Logic which holds no ground when we talk Train Name (not Station Name)!! /train/118792/748/60 What Urdu & Punjabi has to do with this train which got no connection to Punjab or Kashmir?? Hindi is already Regional Language for Delhi!!

We have a long-standing rule for regional names - known to all TLMs. Languages are a divisive issue, and consistency is key to ensure peace. Pl. let's abide by the guideline, and not open fresh debates on old issues.
If you do wish to open this Pandora's box again and amend the rule with some other "logical solution", then go ahead, but get ready for endless arguments and heartburns, as TBs themselves are inconsistent with loads of exceptional scenarios.
