PC is not reqd. Tejas Coaches are like Shatabdi type Coaches with inbuilt pantry in every coach for catering onboard.
Meals will be loaded and served onboard to all passengers who have opted for the same.

Follow up: More stops are requested by one member at Warangal, Khammam and Nellore. These stops are not granted as its Tejas Exp n not passenger train and secondly tio many stops might have its impact on the running schedule...

I think ur not aware of rush among nlr passengers to sc it is damn high.more than 5 trains ply to sc and simhapuri(mean:nellore) exp had nt lessen rush .Instead u remove gdr and give halt to nlr maintain speed
