Today (05.05.2015) TDR has been filed online. But the original certificate has been handed over to the customer care of IRCTC at MAS and they have said that they will forward the same to the relevant section.
Today morning, I received a call from SR, to immediately file the TDR. So the matter is being looked into it seems.

Even after 18 days and 2 e mails it's still "CR registered". What is CR?

At last got the refund of Rs. 935 per tkt. It works out to be 5700 per tkt from MGS to MAS after refund.

No, it have only 6 halts, to go MLDT you have to reach HWH or NJP.

why i can not book the tickets even its showing avialable 97????
