You may see that all sleeper class tickets are sold out by now and is now in RAC. Just note the fare which is Rs.1550 (as against normal SF fare of ~Rs 445/-)

Tatkal special would have been better. Just around 30% extra fare. This suvidha concept kills
Yes agree the fares are high. Even i am surprised that it has reached RAC. But probably i guess in view of the recent incident of attack on bus passengers by a private bus staff, people seem to be willing to pay the extra amt for safety rather than taking risk in bus travel .In any case the return train from KJM-KCVL will most likely be returning half empty on Monday
True, if you see in 3AC 3 seats are available. From morning 6 seats booked whose per seat fare was Rs.4260. This is amazing money making by railways!
