The Pantry Car guys are no better than thieves. They charge as per their wish. A casserole of Veg Biriyani which was being served for 50 Rs. in the afternoon was being sold at 70 Rs. for dinner. Planning to lodge a grievance.

But why not you go to the Pantry Car Manager and lodge a complaint book. They have complaint books with them.
And if he declines to give you the complaint book, ask a complaint book from the coach supervisor.

People Travelling on Konkan railway beware of train robbery that is taking place at night between Chiplun And Panvel, there was a robbery that took on 23rd july 2013 on 22149 ERS PUNE SF EXP as there is no GRP and RPF present at night. there was no support from railway staff to the TTE .If any one face such Problem there is complaint book that is present with the TTE . u can also complaint to the RPF or GRP without Breaking your Journey.
In my coach S7,only two charging points near the toilets are there.
Please purchase lunch @ MAJN. pantry car is non functional in this train
