Infrastructure upgrade is needed at every point. Proper sectional employment is required. Local vendors should be approached for purchase. IR and Post Office are the face of the Govt. The change in policies of these two will provide immense growth to the nation.

Do you know who those others are ? Please have a look at the 'others' from Punjab and Kashmir. That is the biggest debacle of this election. Whether BJP wins or INC wins is immaterial. Danapur division have now a special love for Ara.They don't see that so much without ticket travellers travels in these route AC classes becames general and these disturbs the onboard passengers.They should curb these travellers and fine them heavily by doing daily checking specially in morning,noon, evening but no they wants to facilitate them by providing 5 minutes halts.

I said quota for long distance train. Bharatnagar Or sanathnagar can be upgraded to accommodate 24 coacher. There is no other way to decogest SC with ur reducing load. MMTS with in city is more important.
Also to add cherlapally sanathnagar bypass has many level crossings
all of them are underpasses railways have eliminated level crossings in this route
trains with RLWL,PQWL will be by-passing SC along with LPI bassed trains and halt will be given at CHZ instead and they might get halt at Sanathnagar for SF and M/E . SC has its own RAJDHANI train and Bangalore rajdhani is most likely to skip SC and halt will be given at CHZ, as you mentioned the 200 seats are given for the halts between SBC and SC not SC alone
