Its not moralizing, but better check & rectify ur tone..I dont have any feel to be Guardian of, who already hav multiple guardian over here!! Ignore is too simple when u unable to reply effectively, as already u excused been bzy with exams!!
1. RLWL/RSWL isnt moving to GNWL but station set which been assigned for RLWL/RSWL gets GNWL, which happens (example already posted & check August Kranti Raj))!! Now, it happens while u nullified with BP & CRIS excuse!!
2. RLWL for Rajdhani dont mean RLGN,,its not same!!

First u get born & then apply the thing which u dnt apply as of now!!
