Rail BudgetSR/Southern -Feb 09 2015 (18:43) Kerala granted additional Rs 200 crore for railway projects

Kochi: The state has been granted an additional amount of Rs 200 crore for railway projects as a recognition for utilizing all the money allocated in the railway budget. This is the second consecutive year that the state has been been given additional grants for railway projects.
The state had earlier failed to utilize the full amount allocated in the railway budget, and as a result the funds were diverted to projects in Tamil Nadu.
The allocated funds would be used to complete these projects - Angamali-Sabari track (Rs 3 crore); Punalur-Chenkotta guage...

Really good works are done by the Thiruvananthapuram and Palakkad Division Engineers and staffs .Congrats for getting these additional funds for the Project The Enginners and staffs shall be rewarded on utilization of this funds in time,Since the Engineers and staffs ( themselves ) have been under compulsion to work hard during the day and night times.
