The right time at blore cant is around 800-15 and generally its late by around 30 mins and so is the case with garib rath as u need to be there by 10 am to catch flight by 11am and morning rush hour traffic. Better opt for cape bangalore island exp which reaches by 700 730 or prefer ksrtc bus frm kottayam or erkm airawat club class get down at shanthinagar bus station there u can get airport volvo vajra service with 15 min interval which take 90 min. These are two options see that in both cases train or bus u arrive by 700 even thouvh u are late by 1 hr you can make it to airport by 10am.

It is too risky to depend on KCVL Garib Raths on time arrival at YPR. You need to take Island Express to have enough time to reach Airport on time

16316 will be better if you want to catch a flight. Alight at Krishnarajapuram and you can catch KIAS-8 or KIAS-8C volvo to Airport. I think there are 2 buses between 7:30 and 8:30 that goes via KR Puram railway station (Opposite the bridge after coming out of the station). It will take around 1:30 to 1:45 hours to reach Airport from there and going to be a tight schedule. click here
Alternatively, you can try Island express that will reach KJM earlier (max by 7 I guess).

Your flight will reach its destination by the time you reach airport if you catch Garibrath or KCVL-SBC exp. Best bet is to take Island express, get down at KJM and board a cab to airport.. You will be tension free as there will be less delay because of traffic and buffer time will be on the higher side..
