12076/75 TVC CLT TVC JanSatabdi Express was granted temporary stoppage @ SRTL just before last Lok Sabha elections. I do accept that there are some genuine passengers in this train to/from SRTL. But mostly, this stoppage is being regularly misused by short distance passengers, mainly season ticket holders travelling to ERS from SRTL. So, request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful either to withdraw the stoppage @ SRTL, if the patronage doesnot justify it. Even if the stoppage is continued, strict measures have to be taken to prohibit entry of unauthorised persons(especially season ticket holders) in Jan Satabdi Express, which is a fully reserved service belonging to Satabdi category.
The reply obtained is:
Temporary stoppage was provided for 12075/12076 TVC-CLT-TVC Jan Shatabdi Exp at SRTL by the Railway Board. There is no proposal for withdrawal of this temporary stoppage.
Hats off to Sr DCM/TVC for not even bothering to go into the details of a complaint raised by a passenger, quoting even PNR number!!
