Today I booked a ticket for 3 passengers for 2A in 12450 Goa Sampark Kranti Express for 20/04/2013 from Kota to Madgaon boarding at BRC with PNR 2444270199.
Before booking this tickets, the availability was 3. But I got only 1 confirmed and 2 WL.
Even after booking, the availability being shown is 2.
Then how is it that I did not get all...

The two WL berths would most likely confirm but if you do not want to take any chance then you can follow the steps 1-2-3
First book normal ticket from KOTA, then afterwards get the BP changed at the nearest PRS counter...
